Residential and Commercial

Dr. Susan Smith Lenamon is a lifelong resident of Pearland. She attended Pearland schools and upon receiving her degree, returned to Pearland to serve the Pearland Independent School District for 25 years as a teacher, principal, and director of communications.

Dr. Lenamon is a charter member of the Women in Leadership Society and the Pearland Historical Society where she served as President during Pearland's centennial celebration in 1994. She is on the board of directors of the United Way of Brazoria County.

Dr. Lenamon is a life member of the Sam Houston State University Alumni Association and was elected to the Board of Directors for 2005.
She has served on the boards of the Coppinger Family YMCA, the Pearland Neighborhood Center, the Pearland College Center Board of Governors, the Pearland ISD Board of Trustees, the Brazoria County Child Protective Services and has been a member of the Pearland Church or Christ for 43 years.

Her love for the Pearland community makes her an asset to the real estate arena.
