Biography Billie Jo is a native
Texan and very proud of her Texas heritage. After graduating from
Pearland High School, she married while attending Sam Houston State
University, and lived in several towns across Texas before settling
back in Pearland. After working many years with Pearland Independent
School District, she joined old friends at David L. Smith Realty.
She and her husband have five children and seven grandchildren. She
is a committee member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo,
Donkey and Mule committee and United Way of Brazoria County Women in
Leadership Society. She is also a member of Houston Association of
Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of
Realtors.
Billie Jo is very familiar with Pearland and surrounding areas.
Selling and buying a home or business, whether the first time or
not, can naturally be a very stressful experience. She wants to help
every Texan, native or transplant, find the home, business or
investment of their future and make it a pleasant experience.
